Guest guide
The lockbox code is sent to you once your damage deposit is received. The Wi-Fi name and password are on the card inside the house and in our arrival message.
Arrival

Open in Google MapsCheck-in 4 pm to midnight, check-out by 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability; ask us on WhatsApp.
Self check-in
- Find the lockbox on the wall to the left of the red gate.
- Enter the code we sent you after your damage deposit was paid.
- Take out the house key, the gate remote and the alarm remote.
- Press the black button on the gate remote to open the gate; it closes automatically.
- At the front door press UNLOCK on the alarm remote to switch off the alarm.
- Open the door with the key.
When you go out, lock the door and press LOCK on the alarm remote. Keep the key and remotes with you during your stay.
During your stay
- Air conditioning
- Every room has a split unit for hot/cold air with its own remote. Please switch it off when you go out.
- Hot water
- The hot water switch is on the corridor wall next to the two bedrooms. In winter the water takes 1–2 hours to heat.
- Fireplace
- Firewood is in the wooden storage behind the house. Use the round lever above the fireplace for the smoke. Remove ashes only when completely cold.
- Drinking water
- Use the lower tap of the kitchen faucet.
- Outside lights
- The switches are in each bedroom next to the balcony doors.
- TV
- There are two remotes: one for Netflix and one for the black box with TV channels.
- Toilets
- Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilets; use the bin.
- Pool lights
- In the small storage room behind the pool, use the left door. The large grey switch on the left controls the lights around the pool; the switch for the lights inside the pool is in the same room.

House rules
- Sleeps 8. EUR 30 per extra person per night, guests or visitors.
- Main guest at least 23 years old.
- No smoking inside. No pets.
- Events and allamata only with approval: EUR 400, maximum 20 people.
- Bring outdoor cushions and covers inside when not in use. Respect the neighbours.
- Refundable damage deposit EUR 500, paid 7 days before arrival and refunded within 7 days after check-out.
